Bev builds mutually beneficial business partnerships by delivering innovative strategies to promote accountability and awareness around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She has experience delivering strategies to bridge generational and cultural gaps in the workplace. She also helps organizations manage change through the alignment of strategy, defining leadership behaviors, and empowering leaders and individuals.
