Jared Fitzpatrick
Jared has 8+ years of experience working in management consulting and leading DEI in corporate and nonprofit settings. He has held senior leadership roles in driving culture realignment, diversity talent acquisition, and talent management. Jared has also led large organizational transformations and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives while working as a management consultant with Big 4 and Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to his role with Moreland Accord, Jared is the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Signify Health. Prior to Signify, Jared was the SVP of DEI for the Dallas Regional Chamber. Jared also held DEI and management consulting roles with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Huron Consulting Group.
